The mind is the dimension that involves building our mental aptitude and mental strength.  It is comprised of learning development and mental conditioning.  The learning development aspect focuses on increasing our knowledge and keeping our minds sharp by actively participating in such activities as reading, writing, analyzing, organizing, and planning.  The mental conditioning portion focuses on our thoughts and beliefs in order to enhance our mental strength.  This facet includes techniques on positive thinking and focus to build self esteem, self confidence, and mental toughness.
